₹4,500 Cr. GTB Nagar Redevelopment: A New Chapter for Mumbai

Keystone Realtors, part of the Rustomjee Group, has received the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for a major redevelopment project in GTB Nagar, Sion, Mumbai, in collaboration with the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA). The initiative ranks among Mumbai’s most significant urban renewal efforts.

Spanning approximately 11.19 acres (45,308 sq. m), the project is set to benefit over 1,400 families and will yield a saleable area of around 20.7 lakh sq. ft., with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹4,521 crore.

This strategic redevelopment underscores Keystone Realtors’ commitment to inclusive, community-focused urban transformation. Through its partnership with MHADA, the company aims to modernize aging housing stock and develop resilient, future-ready neighbourhoods.

The GTB Nagar project further strengthens Rustomjee’s footprint in central Mumbai and aligns with its broader vision of integrated, sustainable urban growth.
