Samsung has unveiled its premier establishment, Samsung BKC, marking its inaugural venture into the Online-to-Offline (O2O) lifestyle retail space in India. Nestled within the Jio World Plaza mall in Mumbai, the store, situated in the bustling Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), is set to showcase a spectrum of top-tier premium products.

Encompassing an expansive 8,000 sq. ft. in the heart of Jio World Plaza, Samsung BKC is strategically designed to cater to the discerning tastes of ultra-premium buyers in India, boasting an extensive premium portfolio spanning smartphones, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, and other cutting-edge products. The store promises to deliver the latest in AI experiences, from the inclusive 'AI for All' for consumer electronics to the sophisticated 'Galaxy AI' for mobile devices, all conveniently consolidated under one roof.

Pioneering the convergence of online convenience with physical presence, the Samsung BKC store facilitates seamless online shopping by offering an extensive array of products through an online digital catalogue, boasting over 1,200 choices. Additionally, the store's reach extends beyond the city limits, enabling nationwide delivery. Customers can also leverage the two-hour pick-up facility, allowing them to purchase a product online and retrieve it promptly from the store.

Divided into eight distinctive zones, the store is thoughtfully curated to provide immersive experiences. These zones include the Home Office area, featuring expansive screens and smart monitors, a Hobby Room dedicated to gaming enthusiasts, a Home Cafe zone showcasing refrigerators and vacuum cleaners, a Connected Kitchen space offering unique features such as recipe recommendations and shopping lists, an Intelligent Closet zone highlighting AI-enabled washing machines and dryers, and a Private Cinema zone.
