Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (MLDL) has been selected to redevelop two housing societies in Chembur, Mumbai, spanning approximately 4.4 acres with a gross development potential of ₹1,700 crore.
Located in the Diamond Garden area, the site offers excellent connectivity via the Eastern Freeway and the upcoming Diamond Garden Metro Station. The project will deliver sustainable, modern homes with upgraded amenities, in line with MLDL’s strategy to expand through premium residential developments in high-demand urban locations.
This redevelopment further strengthens MLDL’s commitment to sustainability and innovation. The company is targeting Net Zero homes by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2040, and has already launched India’s first Net Zero residential projects.
Part of the Mahindra Group, Mahindra Lifespaces operates across seven Indian cities and has maintained a 100% green-certified portfolio since 2014, combining thoughtful design, environmental responsibility, and long-term value creation.
