The Western Railway has released a tender for the construction of road overbridges (ROBs) as part of the Dahod-Indore new Broad Gauge (BG) line project within the Ratlam Division. The project encompasses the development of a two-lane road overbridge, designated as 221 A (1x36 m composite girder at ch154965.00 M), situated on SH (Labad-Manpur Road), and a four-lane ROB 202 (1x24 m composite girder at ch. 139004.00 M) on Ratlam Dhar Road, both supported by pile foundations. The construction will involve the use of RCC T-beam on Viaduct/RE wall panels, along with earthwork, roadwork, and various miscellaneous works along the Sagor-Gunawad-Dhar section in Madhya Pradesh.
The contract, valued at Rs 103.44 crore, has a stipulated completion timeframe of 18 months. Interested parties are required to submit their bids by the bid submission deadline, which is set for 07 February 2024.
