Arimas Real Estate plans to set up Commercial Complex Project in Maharashtra

Arimas Real Estate Private Limited is planning the Kalpataru Summit commercial complex in Mulund, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra. Currently under construction, the project is anticipated to be concluded in 2026. On a 1.24-acre plot of land, the project will provide a variety of office space units spanning in size from 500 to 10,000 square feet. Cost of the project is 234 billion. Additionally, the structure will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness centre, and cafeteria. It is anticipated that Kalpataru Summit will be LEED Gold certified, making it one of the most sustainable commercial buildings in Mumbai. 

The project is situated in a prominent location in Mulund, with convenient access to all required amenities and conveniences. There are colleges, hospitals, shopping malls, and restaurants nearby. Here are some of the potential benefits of the Kalpataru Summit project: Increased job creation: The project is expected to create jobs during construction and operation. Economic growth: The project will boost the local economy by generating tax revenue and attracting new businesses. As of September 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started the work on the project will be finished in 2024, 2025 or 2026 It has been decided to hire a local contractor.
