Realty developer BPTP has successfully acquired a substantial land parcel spanning 2,28,000 sq. ft. in Gurugram, Haryana, for a total investment of Rs 87.27 crore. The acquisition was executed by Countrywide Promoters, a subsidiary of the BPTP Group.
Strategically located in Chauma village within Gurugram's Sector-113, in close proximity to the soon-to-be-operational Dwarka Expressway, this plot holds significant promise. The imminent opening of the 26.7 km Dwarka Expressway, linking Dwarka in New Delhi to the Kherki Dhaula toll plaza on NH-48 in Gurugram, has transformed the area into an emerging micro market within the National Capital Region (NCR). Numerous projects in the vicinity have already been completed, contributing to the region's growth.
BPTP, known for its extensive land holdings in Gurugram and Faridabad (approximately 600 acres), has been actively acquiring land parcels for both residential and commercial development. The transaction was formalized with the payment of Rs 6.1 crore as stamp duty.
In a recent development, BPTP has launched the BPTP District, a plotted development project featuring residential plots ranging from 100 to 180 sq. yards. This project is strategically positioned in the prime real estate corridors of Sectors 81, 84, 85, and 86 in Faridabad.
With a robust portfolio boasting more than 30 residential projects and several completed commercial endeavors in Gurugram and Faridabad, BPTP continues to be a prominent player in the real estate sector.
The surge in residential sales in emerging cities has encouraged developers like BPTP to proactively acquire land, strategically building supply pipelines for future developments. This forward-looking approach aligns with the evolving dynamics of the real estate market.
