EROS Group’s Sampoornam 3 Pre-launch Sees Major Success

EROS Group has announced a strong pre-launch response for its latest residential project, Eros Sampoornam 3, located in Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh. Spread across 5.37 acres (21,728 sq. mtrs.), the project offers a blend of modern amenities and a prime location, promising an elevated living experience for residents.

The project features 11 towers with a variety of 2 and 3-BHK apartments. In the initial phase, sales opened for five towers, comprising 318 units out of the total 726 units. The project’s strategic design and luxurious features have made it an attractive option for homebuyers.

Even before its official launch, Eros Sampoornam 3 has seen impressive success, selling units worth ₹200 crore within just two days of receiving its UP RERA registration. The strong early demand highlights the project’s appeal in a competitive real estate market.

EROS Group has invested ₹400 crore into the first five towers, which mark a significant part of this development. The early sales success represents a milestone for the Group and reinforces its reputation for delivering high-quality residential projects.
