Krishna Group to see ₹2,000 crore investment for luxury homes

— Krisumi Corporation, a joint venture between Krishna Group and Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation, has announced an investment of ₹2,000 crore to develop 1,051 luxury homes and penthouses at Krisumi City in Gurugram's Sector 36A. The project, comprising "Waterside Residences III" and "Waterfall Suites II," will span 5.88 acres and is slated for completion by December 2029.

The development will feature four towers with 1-BHK to 4-BHK luxury apartments and penthouses, ranging from 940 to 10,316 square feet. Waterfall Suites II apartments are priced between ₹2.17 crore and ₹2.67 crore, while penthouses start at ₹25 crore. Waterside Residences III homes range from ₹4.08 crore to ₹6.16 crore, with penthouses starting at ₹13.36 crore.

Vineet Nanda, Director of Sales and Marketing at Krisumi, reported an overwhelming response with 1,024 expressions of interest in one day. He highlighted a post-pandemic trend towards larger luxury apartments, projecting total revenue of ₹4,000 crore from the project.

Krisumi plans to complement the residential units with a 2-acre, state-of-the-art club. This ₹350 crore facility will include amenities such as indoor sports courts, a gym, spa, pools, and co-working spaces, enhancing the luxury lifestyle offering at Krisumi City.

Krisumi City, an integrated township, aims to redefine luxury living in Gurugram. The nearing completion of Phase-I "Waterfall Residences" and the May launch of Phase-II "Waterfall Suites" reflect the project’s momentum. Managing Director Mohit Jain and Co-CEO Yuji Kato expressed their confidence in the Indian real estate market, driven by the strong response to previous phases.
