JDT Islam Sets New Standards in Education with ₹300 Crore Project

JDT Islam is set to expand its educational infrastructure with a new institutional building project in Chavayoor, Kozhikode, Kerala. This ambitious initiative is budgeted at 300 crores INR and includes the construction of a comprehensive educational and residential facility that promises to enhance the learning environment for students.

The project plans include a nine-floor structure dedicated to housing separate hostel buildings for boys and girls. These hostels are designed to accommodate a large number of students, providing them with safe and comfortable living spaces. The design focuses on creating a conducive environment for study and relaxation, with amenities that support the overall well-being and academic focus of the residents.

Additionally, the project encompasses the construction of a six-floor polytechnic college. This modern educational facility is aimed at offering technical and vocational education to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals in various industries. The college is designed to feature state-of-the-art classrooms, laboratories, and workshops equipped with the latest technology to provide practical and theoretical training.

The architectural design of both the hostel and the polytechnic college is envisioned to be eco-friendly and sustainable, incorporating green building principles to minimize environmental impact. The use of renewable energy sources, efficient waste management systems, and water-saving fixtures are key aspects of the project’s sustainability goals.

Upon completion, this project by JDT Islam is expected to significantly contribute to the educational landscape of Kozhikode. It will not only provide high-quality educational facilities but also comfortable living accommodations, making it a pivotal development for aspiring students in the region. This initiative reflects JDT Islam's commitment to fostering educational growth and social development through enhanced infrastructure.
