Kate Jagtap Associates plans to build Commercial Complex (Baselio) in Maharashtra

Kate Jagtap Associates is coming up with a new Commercial Complex Project at Pimple Gurav, Pune, Maharashtra (Baselio). The project will offer commercial spaces ranging from 536 to 646 sq.mt. Total Cost Project is 42 Crores.

Commercial complexes combine various functions, such as retail shops, restaurants, offices, and entertainment venues, within a single development. These projects often span a significant area, encompassing multiple buildings and extensive infrastructure. Commercial complexes are typically located in strategic areas with high visibility and accessibility, such as urban centers or major transportation corridors. As on November 2023, The project is currently in the stage of being approved currently awaiting approval from the government.
