Legacy Reimagined: Avarna by Anant Raj & Birla Estates

Avarna Projects, a collaboration between Anant Raj and Birla Estates, will soon begin work on a new residential project in Gurugram, Haryana.

This project is part of Phase-IV of Birla Navya, Avik Phase-2, located at Pocket A, Anant Raj Estate, Sector 63A, Gurugram. It will feature Residential Independent Floors built on plots owned by the joint venture.

The project has obtained all required approvals, including registration from the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HARERA). The RERA registration certificate for the project has been granted under Registration no. "12 of 2025".
