Meenakshi Infrastructure plans to set up IT Park Project in Telangana

Meenakshi Infrastructure Private Limited is planning a new IT Park development in Rangareddy, Telangana called Ecopark-IT. The project will be built on a 20.76-acre tract of land and will cost $1,840,000,000. it will feature a variety of unit types, including apartments, villas, and townhouses. The project's commercial component will consist of office space, retail stores, and restaurants. Focusing on energy efficiency and water conservation, Ecopark-IT will be a sustainable development. 

The development will also include a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness centre, and recreation area for children. The project is expected to be completed in three phases, with the first phase scheduled for completion in 2025. Here are some of the potential benefits of the Ecopark-IT project: Increased housing supply: The project will provide much-needed housing in the Rangareddy district, which is experiencing rapid growth. Job creation: The project will create jobs during construction and operation. Economic growth: The project will boost the local economy by generating tax revenue and attracting new businesses. As of September 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started the work on the project will be finished in 2024, 2025 or 2026 It has been decided to hire a local contractor.
