NBCC Proposes to Complete 50,000 Supertech Apartments in UP

NBCC has proposed a three-year construction plan to complete 50,000 apartments across 17 Supertech projects in Uttar Pradesh. The initiative is aimed at reassuring homebuyers, as the construction is being managed by an insolvency professional due to Supertech’s financial challenges.

In the first phase, NBCC will focus on building 26,000 flats in seven key projects located in Noida and Greater Noida. The public sector unit (PSU) has set ambitious goals to ensure timely delivery, with the construction of these homes being a major priority.

NBCC, known for its expertise in project management consultancy (PMC), real estate, and EPC projects, will leverage its experience to manage the scale and complexity of these developments. The company’s PMC division specializes in civil construction and infrastructure projects, including the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna (PMGSY) and developmental work in the North-eastern Region.

This plan, classified as a proposal rather than a contract or tender, highlights NBCC’s pivotal role in reviving delayed real estate projects and bringing relief to affected homebuyers. The successful execution of this plan would mark a significant step in addressing housing issues in the region.

Homebuyers can now anticipate faster completion and delivery of their long-awaited apartments under NBCC's supervision.
