Qubik, a renowned infrastructure development firm, proudly announces the successful completion of its latest project: a state-of-the-art Skill Enhancement Centre at the Metal Handicraft Service Centre (MHSC) in Moradabad.
Spanning across a substantial 60,000 sq. ft. area, the impressive five-floor RCC front structure stands as a testament to Qubik's unwavering commitment to quality and national development. The project, executed within the stipulated 24-month timeframe, showcases the firm's dedication to timely and efficient delivery.
Boasting cutting-edge facilities and infrastructure, the newly developed building incorporates the latest in electrical retrofitting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as modern sanitation facilities. This enhancement aligns with Qubik's mission to provide top-notch amenities for optimal skill development.
The MHSC now features a host of additional facilities, including a Common Facility Centre (CFC), a NABL-accredited Research Testing and Calibration Laboratory, and comprehensive training facilities. These additions are poised to uplift the skills of craftspeople and technicians, playing a pivotal role in propelling the growth of the metal handicraft sector.
More than just a physical development, the MHSC project aims to contribute significantly to the city's infrastructure, generating employment opportunities and paying homage to the artisans whose craftsmanship influences both culture and the economy.
As part of the Uttar Pradesh government's Smart City initiative, this newly constructed centre at MHSC represents a concerted effort to provide local artisans with optimal working conditions and facilities. The project, tendered in January 2022 and successfully completed in December 2023, stands as a significant milestone in advancing urban development and fostering sustainable growth in the region.
Endorsed by Uttar Pradesh Rajkiya Nirman Nigam under its Smart City project, the expansion of the MHSC was directed to provide artisans with access to safer and more efficient high-tech solutions. This endeavor marks a transformative step towards creating a smarter, more innovative, and artistically enriched urban landscape.
