Sameera Warehouster Lands Major Auto Deal, Snags 2.6 Lakh Sq Ft Space

Sameera Warehouster, a prominent player in India’s warehousing sector, has signed a significant deal to construct a 2.6 lakh sq. ft. facility for a major automobile firm on the strategic Bangalore-Chennai highway. The project, designed as a built-to-suit (BTS) warehouse, will be developed in phases, starting with 1.01 lakh sq. ft. in Ennathur, tailored specifically for an automobile component manufacturer. This facility aims to boost the client's operational efficiency and support their business expansion.

Sandeep Chadha, Managing Director of Sameera Warehouster, emphasized the strategic importance of the new warehouse, stating, “This facility is more than just an industrial building. It is a strategic solution designed to help our client optimize their operations and expand their business footprint.” The project reflects Sameera’s commitment to delivering customized solutions that align with client needs and contribute to their growth.

Beyond this project, Sameera Warehouster is also expanding its footprint by acquiring a 137-acre park in Chengalpet. This site has the potential for developing 3 million sq. ft. of warehousing space, reinforcing the company’s strategy to build a robust infrastructure across key markets.

As part of its ambitious growth plan, Sameera Warehouster intends to develop eight logistics projects spanning 460 acres, with a combined potential of 9 million sq. ft. This expansion will further solidify its position in the warehousing industry and open new avenues for growth and innovation.

The strategic developments underscore Sameera Warehouster’s vision to cater to the growing demands of the logistics and warehousing sector, particularly in the automotive industry.
