Tidel Park Seeks Bids for ₹245 Crore IT Office Tower in Madurai

Tidel Park has announced the invitation for bids to construct a new IT office building in Mattuthavani, Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The proposed project, valued at ₹245.49 crore, will involve the development of a state-of-the-art office tower featuring a ground floor plus 12 additional floors and a terrace.

The comprehensive scope of work includes civil construction, interior finishing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works, as well as other allied development tasks. This new facility is set to enhance Madurai's infrastructure, supporting the region's growing IT and business sectors.

Interested parties have until September 7, 2024, to submit their bids. The project aims to provide a modern workspace, boosting the local economy and attracting tech companies to the area. The development aligns with Tidel Park's ongoing commitment to advancing IT infrastructure across key cities in Tamil Nadu.
