Balgopal’s Subsidiary Secures ₹1,200 Cr Mumbai SRA Project

Esquire Real Estate & Bio-infocom Pvt. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Balgopal Commercial Ltd, has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from the Slum Rehabilitation Authority for the redevelopment of a 19,967.36 sq. m. land parcel at Sion Koliwada Agar, Shaikh Mistry Road, Antop Hill, Mumbai.

The company's estimated entitlement from the project's free-sale component is approximately 5.87 lakh sq. ft., with a potential gross market value of around ₹1,200 crore, subject to applicable development regulations and statutory approvals. The award represents a significant milestone for the proposed redevelopment project and will facilitate further execution, subject to compliance with stipulated conditions and approvals from relevant authorities.
