Chennai Knowledge City: $616 Cr. Contract Goes to BL Kashyap

BL Kashyap has secured a Rs 616 crore contract from Sattva CKC for carrying out structural and civil works at the Sattva Chennai Knowledge City project in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

The contract encompasses the full scope of structural and civil construction for the large-scale commercial development and is scheduled to be completed within approximately 31 months. The works will play a key role in shaping Chennai Knowledge City, which is envisioned as a major commercial and business hub in the region.

Upon completion, the project is expected to significantly contribute to the city’s evolving business ecosystem. The order further strengthens BL Kashyap’s presence in the infrastructure sector and marks another milestone in its growing commercial real estate portfolio.
