Globe Civil Projects Bags ₹70.92 Cr IIT Kanpur Green Campus Deal

Globe Civil Projects has emerged as the lowest (L1) bidder for a ₹70.92 crore contract awarded by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur for the construction of the Kotak School of Sustainability. This landmark academic facility is envisioned to embody principles of sustainable infrastructure, marking a significant stride toward both academic innovation and environmental stewardship.

The formal letter of allotment is expected shortly, and the project is slated for completion within 16 months. The Kotak School of Sustainability will serve as a flagship green campus initiative, featuring environmentally responsible architecture, energy-efficient systems, and modern educational spaces designed to foster sustainability-focused learning and research.

This contract follows closely on the heels of Globe Civil Projects’ recent ₹119 crore IPO, which has strengthened its capacity to undertake and deliver high-value infrastructure projects across India.
