Globe Civil Projects Bags ₹99 Crore IIT Delhi Residential Deal

Globe Civil Projects Limited, a company engaged in civil construction and infrastructure development, has emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L1) for a residential building project at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi Extension Campus in Sector-3, R.K. Puram, New Delhi.

The scope of work includes the construction of a 3 Basements + Ground + 11 Floors (3B+G+11) residential building along with allied services. The total project value stands at ₹98.85 crore, with a stipulated completion timeline of 18 months. The tender was opened on February 27, 2026, through the Government e-Procurement System, and the formal Letter of Award is awaited.
