Godrej Interio: $90 Cr. Kochi Kickstart!

Interio by Godrej, a leader in furniture and turnkey interior solutions, has strengthened its presence in Kerala’s infrastructure landscape by securing and executing projects valued at over ₹90 crore in Kochi.

Key projects include a ₹69 crore Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) contract for Phase 2 of the Kochi Metro Rail and a ₹24 crore design-and-build project for the Kerala State Information Technology Infrastructure Ltd. (KSITIL) at Infopark, Kochi. The Kochi Metro contract marks Interio’s first E&M project, underscoring its expanding capabilities in integrated turnkey execution.

The KSITIL project features the design of a neurodiverse-friendly workspace, recognized for its sustainable and inclusive approach. These achievements reflect Interio by Godrej’s commitment to advancing India’s infrastructure development through innovation, precision, and sustainability.
