NBCC (India) has secured two significant government contracts, with a combined value of Rs 120.90 crore, further solidifying its position in public infrastructure development.
The first project involves the construction of a multistoried building to accommodate six courts, including the XI Additional District Court at Gudivada, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh. Awarded by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, this contract is valued at Rs 46.69 crore. The second project pertains to the construction of a 14-court building complex in Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, worth Rs 72.17 crore.
Additionally, NBCC has been awarded a separate work order worth Rs 2.04 crore for the upgradation and renovation of the 5th floor of the TEC Building at Khurshid Lal Bhawan, Janpath, New Delhi, by the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT).
On April 7th, NBCC signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with RailTel Corporation of India, marking the start of a five-year collaboration to jointly execute data center projects both domestically and internationally. As part of the agreement, NBCC will leverage its project management and civil infrastructure expertise, while RailTel will manage the IT infrastructure, including installation, testing, and maintenance.
