NBCC Secures ₹296.53 Crore Meerut Redevelopment Project!

NBCC (India) Ltd., a government-owned enterprise specializing in project management consultancy and real estate development, has been awarded a work order worth ₹296.53 crore by the Meerut Development Authority for redevelopment projects in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. This contract adds significant momentum to NBCC’s expanding infrastructure portfolio and underlines its pivotal role in public sector urban development.

This latest project follows another key assignment secured in May 2025—an interior works contract for the development of office space at Nauroji Nagar, valued at ₹161.55 crore. Together, these wins reflect NBCC’s continued growth in the government-backed infrastructure and redevelopment sector, reinforcing its position as a leading execution agency for urban transformation initiatives across India.
