Godrej & Boyce Wins $317 Cr. Dahej Power Contract

Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) for a 220 kV gas-insulated substation (GIS) package for the PDH-PP plant at Dahej, Gujarat.

The contract covers the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of the substation, aimed at strengthening the plant’s infrastructure and enhancing operational efficiency. The project is critical for the ethane and propane storage and handling facilities at the site.

The L1 status was declared by Engineers India Ltd., a leading player in the Indian engineering and infrastructure sector. Valued at approximately ₹316.94 crore, the contract underscores Godrej & Boyce’s expertise in executing high-voltage substation projects in the energy sector.
