KEC International Bags Rs 1,100 Crore Order Boost for T&D Segment

KEC International, an RPG Group Company, has recently secured new orders totaling Rs 1,100 crore in the transmission & distribution (T&D) segment, both domestically and internationally.

In India, KEC International has been awarded orders for 765 kV Transmission line and 765 kV GIS Substation projects from Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL). These contracts are set to significantly enhance the company's India T&D order book.

Internationally, notable projects include a 132 kV Transmission line in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), tower supply contracts in America and Australia, marking KEC's successful entry into new markets and strengthening its tower supply business. Additionally, the company has secured contracts for supply of hardware and poles in the United States.

The consecutive orders in UAE have reinforced KEC International's leadership in the Middle East T&D market. Year-to-date, the company's order intake has surpassed Rs 6,000 crore, reflecting robust growth and strategic expansion in key markets.
