Lineage Power Wins Big: ₹199 Cr L&T Battery Order

Lineage Power, a material subsidiary of Pace Digitek, has secured a ₹199.4-crore order from Larsen & Toubro for the supply of advanced battery energy storage systems (BESS) featuring LiFePO₄ liquid-cooling technology.

These containerised systems will be deployed for the Bihar State Power Generation Company at the Kajra site. The order includes a total storage capacity of 2,75,825 kWhr, to be delivered across 55 units. Execution will commence upon receipt of manufacturing clearance, with full delivery slated for completion before March 2026.

This contract underscores the rising demand for robust energy storage solutions in India’s renewable energy landscape and represents a significant milestone for Lineage Power.
