Ashoka Buildcon has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a prestigious engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract awarded by Central Railway, valued at ₹568.86 crore.
The project involves the construction of earthwork, major and minor bridges, road under bridges (RUBs), permanent way (P. Way) works, and associated infrastructure to facilitate the gauge conversion between Pachora and Jamner, covering approximately 53.3 km. The scope of work notably excludes activities within the Pachora yard and the construction of road overbridges.
This development is aimed at strengthening the railway network and boosting operational efficiency in the region. The project win underscores Ashoka Buildcon’s robust expertise in civil infrastructure and further reinforces its track record in executing large-scale government contracts. It also marks a significant addition to the company’s growing order book.
