Quadrant Future Tek has been awarded a ₹128 crore work order from RailTel Corporation of India for the implementation of the Kavach System on railway tracks under the East Central Railway zone.
The contract covers the deployment of the indigenous Train Collision Avoidance System (TCAS)—branded as Kavach—across 607 route kilometers (RKM) of low-density railway sections. The project will be executed within a 24-month timeline from the date of commencement.
The Kavach System is a cutting-edge safety solution developed in India, designed to prevent train collisions through automatic control interventions in the event of human error or emergency conditions.
This order further strengthens Quadrant Future Tek’s position in the railway safety systems domain and aligns with the government’s mission to scale up indigenous technologies across critical national infrastructure.
