The SCC-Capacit’e joint venture has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) for a contract worth ₹384.72 crore.
The project involves the design and construction of maintenance-cum-technology centres at six locations in Gujarat as part of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Corridor — India’s flagship bullet train initiative aimed at revolutionizing high-speed transport and infrastructure.
In this joint venture, SCC Infrastructure holds a 60% stake as the lead partner, while Capacit’e Infraprojects holds the remaining 40%. This contract win underscores Capacit’e’s growing reputation for technical excellence and execution capabilities in the infrastructure sector.
Capacit’e Infraprojects operates on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) model, offering comprehensive services across high-rise and super high-rise buildings, townships, mass housing, office spaces, IT/ITES parks, and institutional infrastructure, including healthcare, hospitality, and industrial projects.
