In a significant development for Nagpur’s infrastructure, Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) has secured a contract from MahaMetro to construct six elevated Metro stations. This project, part of Phase 2 of the Nagpur Metro expansion, is valued at ₹187.34 crore and falls under Package C-08.
The awarded contract underscores RVNL's growing influence and expertise in executing complex urban infrastructure projects. The construction of these elevated stations is expected to significantly enhance connectivity and reduce commute times for residents, fostering economic growth in the region.
This project aligns with the broader vision of MahaMetro to expand and modernize Nagpur’s public transportation network, aiming to provide a seamless and efficient travel experience.
