SICL's ₹509 Cr Score: The One Bangalore Luxury Project

Starworth Infrastructure & Construction (SICL) has been awarded a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for a landmark turnkey construction project at Varnam Phase 1, part of the One Bangalore Luxury Project (OBLP).

The project is situated in Akalehahalli-Mallenhalli Village, Devanahalli Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District, Karnataka. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive civil construction, finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as external development. The contract is valued at Rs 509.52 crore, with an anticipated completion timeline of 36 months.

The contract has been awarded by One Bangalore Luxury Projects, marking a significant milestone for SICL in its contribution to premium real estate development in the region.
