Ceigall Infra Projects, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ceigall India, has been awarded a Letter of Award (LoA) by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a four-lane highway project in Bihar.

The project entails the upgradation of the Sahebganj–Areraj–Bettiah stretch of NH-139W, spanning a total length of 78.942 km. It is divided into two segments: the 38.362 km Sahebganj–Areraj section and the 40.580 km Areraj–Bettiah section. The contract, with an estimated bid value of ₹2,160 crore, will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM).

The construction phase is scheduled for completion within 24 months, followed by a 15-year operations and maintenance (O&M) period. The project is expected to significantly enhance regional connectivity, improve road safety, and enable more efficient movement of goods and passengers, thereby supporting economic development in Bihar.
