Pune on the Move: RSIIL Bags Rs. 4,900 Crore Contracts from MSRDC

Roadway Solutions India Infra Limited (RSIIL), a demerged entity from Roadway Solutions India Private Limited (RSIPL), has clinched two substantial infrastructure contracts from the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) totaling Rs 4,900 crore.

Announced on Thursday, these projects are poised to enhance Pune's connectivity and mitigate traffic congestion. RSIIL has officially confirmed its status as the lowest bidder for these projects through an official statement.

With these recent wins, RSIIL's order book has surged past Rs 11,000 crore, according to the statement released.

One of the projects involves the construction of the Access Controlled Pune Ring Road in Pune district, extending from Village Lonikand to Village Walti in Maharashtra, on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis, valued at Rs 2,251 crore.

The second project focuses on building the Access Controlled Expressway Connector to Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg from Jalna to Nanded in Maharashtra.

Additionally, RSIIL is actively executing three significant packages along the Vadodara Mumbai Expressway in Packages 8, 9, and 10, as per the statement.

In a strategic move earlier this March, Mauritius-based AG Dynamic Funds Limited, with a focus on India, signed a memorandum of understanding to strategically invest in RSIIL. This investment aims to accelerate growth and strengthen RSIIL's market presence in road construction and development.
