Insolation Green Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy, has received Letters of Intent (LoIs) for the development of grid-connected solar power plants under the PM-KUSUM Component A Scheme.
The awarded projects include:
Construction of 226.45 MW of solar capacity, Integration with 11 kV lines to connect with various 33/11 kV substations
Deployment of Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS)
The contracts span 20 sites under Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. (JVVNL) and 115 sites under Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. (AVVNL). The scope includes design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and 25 years of operations and maintenance.
Final levelised tariffs are structured as follows:
₹3.04 per unit for 16 sites, ₹2.82 per unit for 5 sites, ₹2.75 per unit for 53 sites, ₹2.60 per unit for 61 sites
The projects are scheduled for execution by FY 2026–27, with a total estimated investment of approximately ₹750 crore.
This development significantly strengthens Insolation Energy’s presence in Rajasthan’s renewable energy sector, advancing the state’s and nation’s goals for clean energy expansion and rural electrification.
