₹5.09 Billion Solar Contract Awarded to Sadbhav Futuretech

Sadbhav Futuretech has been awarded a contract to install 90 MW of rooftop solar systems on the residences of Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) beneficiaries under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana in Andhra Pradesh.

Valued at ₹5.09 billion, the project will cover approximately 45,000 households and includes the design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar systems. The scope also extends to operation and maintenance (O&M) for a period of five years. Sadbhav Futuretech aims to complete the project within six months.

This initiative aligns with the government’s commitment to expanding access to renewable energy among marginalised communities, fostering inclusive growth and clean energy adoption.

With over 170 MW of solar installations completed previously, Sadbhav Futuretech continues to strengthen its presence in the solar sector. The project forms part of Andhra Pradesh’s broader plan to deploy 1,198.21 MW of rooftop solar systems for SC and ST consumers under the PM Surya Ghar program.
