Tender Alert: JMF Giridih Dairy Plant Consultancy

The Jharkhand State Co-operative Milk Producers’ Federation (JMF) has invited bids for the appointment of a consultant for the establishment of the Medha Dairy Plant at Giridih, located adjacent to NH-114A.

The selected consultant will provide end-to-end services, including a preliminary assessment of the project site, review of access requirements, identification of mandatory documentation and compliance needs, and securing statutory clearances and no-objection certificates (NOCs) for the proposed plant. The scope of work also includes preparation and submission of application packages with CAD and PDF drawings, liaisoning with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), and local authorities, as well as coordination of all related activities.

The consultancy contract will have a completion period of three months from the date of issuance of the work order.

The bid submission process closes on December 20, 2025.
