Ugar Sugar Sweetens Growth Plans with ₹229 Crore Expansion in Ugar Karnataka

Ugar Sugar Works Limited has announced an ambitious expansion project at its facility in Ugar Khurd, Belagavi, Karnataka. Once completed, the facility is expected to increase its sugar production to 10,000 tonnes crushed cane per day (TCCPD). Additionally, the expansion includes plans to produce 1200 kilolitres of alcohol per day, marking a substantial diversification of output for the company.
