Vaishali Biofuels Launches ₹118 Crore Project for Green Energy and Alcohol Production in Akola

The Integrated Grain-Based Distillery and Bagasse-Based Power Unit Project at Donad Budruk, Akola, Maharashtra is transforming Vaishali Biofuels Pvt. Ltd. At an estimated cost of ₹118 Crores, this project will greatly benefit the local community and environment. 

The project has a grain-based distillery and bagasse-based power unit. The distillery will produce 75,000 Kilo liters of alcohol per day, while the power unit will create 2 MW from bagasse. Project sustainability is a highlight. The project saves waste and promotes sustainability by making alcohol from grains and power from bagasse.
