A Warm Welcome: HoABL Launches Miros Hotels & Resorts in Goa

Mumbai-based real estate firm House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has made its debut in the luxury hospitality sector with the launch of Miros Hotels & Resorts, opening its first property in Goa.

Known for its plotted developments and premium villas across Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and Goa, HoABL recently ventured into vertical real estate, launching three high-rise projects in Mumbai with an investment of ₹2,500 crore and an expected revenue of ₹3,500 crore.

“We are now creating destinations rooted in emotion, curated with care, and designed to leave behind memories that last a lifetime,” said Abhinandan Lodha, Chairperson of HoABL.

The company plans to expand the Miros brand to Alibaug, Matheran, and other luxury destinations across Goa and the Konkan coast. While HoABL will own and manage the Miros brand, it also intends to collaborate with hospitality management partners for select properties. Discussions are underway with various potential collaborators.

Ranvir Bhandari, President of Miros Hotels & Resorts, emphasized the brand’s philosophy: “Luxury today is not defined by opulence, but by rare moments crafted with warmth and authenticity.”

In November 2024, HoABL acquired 352 acres in cities including Amritsar, Varanasi, Vrindavan, and Shimla, with plans to invest ₹3,000 crore, targeting a revenue potential of USD 1 billion from these developments.
