Dehradun's New High: Sterling GK Exotica Opens with Skyline Views

Sterling Holiday Resorts has launched Sterling GK Exotica, a 36-key boutique business hotel on Saharanpur Road, Dehradun—marking its second property in the city and ninth in Uttarakhand.

Strategically located near Haridwar, Roorkee, Saharanpur, and within driving distance of Delhi NCR and Chandigarh, the hotel caters to both corporate and leisure travellers.

The property offers four room categories: Classic, Premier, Executive Rooms with balconies, and spacious Executive Suites featuring dual washrooms and skyline views. Its standout rooftop restaurant and bar, Skyline—the highest in Dehradun—serves Himalayan herb-infused cuisine and cocktails with panoramic 270° views of the Shivalik range. Event spaces include Summit, a rooftop banquet for up to 100 guests, and Mirage, a pillarless indoor hall accommodating 150 guests in theatre-style seating.
