Recognised as one of India’s leading luxury hospitality developments, the landmark property is located in Mumbai’s dynamic Skycity precinct, just minutes from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport’s Terminal 2. The ultra-luxury hotel comprises 669 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, supported by world-class amenities including fine dining restaurants, extensive banqueting and conferencing facilities, a fully equipped fitness centre, and a rooftop swimming pool. The design reflects a refined blend of mid-century modern aesthetics and Mumbai’s rich architectural heritage.

Perceptive Ideas provided end-to-end structural engineering services to bring the architectural vision to life, including the design of efficient foundation systems, heavy load-bearing structural frameworks, and seamless integration of architectural elements with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring robustness, functionality, and structural integrity.
