Gaya's Hospitality Scene Blooms with New Lemon Tree Hotel

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of a new property—Lemon Tree Hotel, Gaya, in Bihar. The hotel will be operated by Carnation Hotels, the Group’s wholly-owned management subsidiary.

The upcoming hotel will feature 56 well-appointed rooms, along with a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, swimming pool, fitness center, spa, and other public amenities. Strategically located, the property will be easily accessible via both public and private transport networks.

Commenting on the development, Kapil Sharma, Executive Vice President – Finance & CFO, noted that the signing further strengthens Lemon Tree’s presence in Bihar, where the Group currently operates one hotel and has another under development.

This expansion is part of Lemon Tree’s broader growth strategy to deepen its footprint across India and provide guests with comfortable, well-connected, and high-quality stay options.
