IHCL Signs New Hotel in Talegaon

The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has recently formalized an agreement for a new 'Vivanta' hotel in Talegaon, situated in the Pune district of Maharashtra. This marks a strategic move by the company to enhance its footprint in the city through a greenfield project in collaboration with RMK Infrastructure.

Spanning over 2.5 acres along Talegaon MIDC road, this 140-key hotel is conveniently located in proximity to key multinational companies. Notably, it will be IHCL’s fifth establishment in Pune, a city renowned for its harmonious blend of modernity and tradition, and recognized as a significant hub for manufacturing, IT, education, and cultural activities within the state.

The upcoming Vivanta hotel will boast an array of amenities, including the all-day diner Mynt, a specialty restaurant, and Wink, a bar encompassing over 4,000 sq. ft. of banquet space. Guests can also enjoy recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, and spa, providing a distinctively immersive experience synonymous with the Vivanta brand.

In collaboration with RMK Infrastructure, IHCL continues to expand its presence in Maharashtra, with 33 hotels spanning across SeleQtions, Vivanta, and Ginger brands, including 11 under development. RMK Group, with diverse business interests in Pune, ranging from real estate to infrastructure and industrial warehousing, has leased out approximately 1.5 million sq. ft. of warehouse space to various companies in MIDC.
