Lemon Tree Hotels (LTHL) has signed a new property in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, marking another significant addition to its growing portfolio. Slated to open in the fiscal year 2027, the Lemon Tree Hotel in Ujjain will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LTHL, ensuring that the property adheres to the brand’s signature quality and service standards.

The upcoming hotel will feature 72 well-appointed rooms, offering guests a comfortable and modern stay. The property will also include a restaurant and a bar, providing a variety of dining and entertainment options. Guests can relax in the swimming pool and enjoy well-designed public areas, all of which contribute to the hotel's inviting atmosphere. Its strategic location, just 4 km from Ujjain Railway Station and approximately 50 km from Devi Ahilyabai Holkar International Airport in Indore, makes it easily accessible for both public and private transport.
