Royal Orchid Hotels to Open 70-Key Regenta Hotel in Bhopal

Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has signed a management agreement for a new 70-key Regenta hotel in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, marking its strategic entry into Central India.

Developed in collaboration with Sarla Builders & Developers, the hotel is situated just 1 km from Raja Bhoj International Airport on Airport Road. Spanning a built-up area of 56,000 sq. ft., the property will feature four suites, three conference rooms, a rooftop bar and restaurant, spa, swimming pool, and gym—offering a blend of comfort and functionality for both business and leisure travellers.

Aligned with ROHL’s asset-light growth strategy, this project reinforces the company’s focus on expanding in emerging urban and tourism hubs. Tailored to meet the needs of modern business travellers and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) clientele, the hotel is designed to offer a seamless experience in a well-connected location.
