Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of two Dolce by Wyndham properties in Goa and Udaipur, marking the brand’s debut in India and strengthening Wyndham’s footprint in the upscale leisure segment.
The projects, developed by Fine Acers Group led by Dinesh Yadav, include Dolce by Wyndham Resort Goa and Dolce by Wyndham Resort Udaipur, both scheduled to open in 2030. The Goa resort will feature approximately 200 rooms and suites, along with multiple dining venues, event spaces, a wellness spa, and swimming pools. The Udaipur property will offer 250 rooms, complemented by a lobby lounge, all-day dining restaurant, meeting and event facilities, a health club, spa, and an outdoor pool. This addition further expands Wyndham’s presence in Udaipur, where it already operates five hotels.
Commenting on the development, Rahool Macarius, Market Managing Director – Eurasia, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, said, “Goa and Udaipur are iconic destinations with enduring appeal, rich cultural heritage and a growing demand for experience-led hospitality. Dolce is a brand that truly embraces its surroundings, bringing people together through thoughtful design, culinary excellence and spaces designed for meaningful gatherings—making it a natural fit as we continue to expand Wyndham’s upscale portfolio in India.”
