Park Hotels, part of the Apeejay Surrendra Group, is gearing up for major expansion, with plans to grow its portfolio to 5,800 rooms by 2030, up from the current 2,500.
The company anticipates its revenue to triple, supported by rising domestic travel, a strong wedding season, and demand generated by major events such as the T20 World Cup. In Q2 FY26, Park Hotels posted revenue of ₹165 crore and achieved an impressive 93 percent occupancy rate.
As part of its diversification strategy, Park Hotels is expanding through acquisitions and an asset-light model. The company recently acquired Zillion Hotels and Resorts in Mumbai and is preparing to launch a large property development in Kolkata by early 2026. Its food and beverage arm, Flurys, also continues to grow, contributing 8–10 percent of total revenue.
