Udaipur’s Latest Gem: Regenta Place to Open by 2026

Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels (ROHL), one of India’s fastest-growing hospitality chains, has announced the signing of Regenta Place Udaipur, a 43-key hotel located in Nakoda Nagar, Udaipur.

The property will operate under a management agreement, in line with ROHL’s asset-light growth strategy, and further expand its presence in Rajasthan’s premier leisure and wedding destinations. Designed to cater to both leisure travelers and social events, the hotel will feature contemporary accommodations, a 7,000 sq. ft. indoor banquet hall, and a 30,000 sq. ft. landscaped lawn, ideal for weddings, celebrations, and large gatherings.

Developed by Mokkshi Hospitality & Services, owned by Mr. Amit Jain, the hotel offers convenient access to Udaipur’s major attractions and popular wedding circuits. Scheduled to open by March 2026, Regenta Place Udaipur will enhance the city’s hospitality offerings and strengthen ROHL’s footprint in the region.
