Ashirvad by Aliaxis, the Indian arm of Belgium-based Aliaxis, has announced plans to commission a new greenfield manufacturing facility in Hyderabad by August 2026. The expansion is aimed at strengthening the company’s leadership position in South India, where it already operates seven plants and maintains a strong market presence.
The company recently opened its first integrated distribution centre in Eastern India, near Kolkata, enabling faster order fulfillment and enhancing customer experience. The Eastern region is Ashirvad’s second-largest market in India, after the South.
Ashirvad is also upgrading its Durgapur plant with a state-of-the-art compounding facility to increase production capacity and enhance automation. With India positioned as a key growth market, the company aims to achieve one billion euros in revenue from the region by 2030.
