Building a Brighter Gujarat: Aaiji Group's ₹100 Crore Vision

Aaiji Group has announced a ₹100 crore investment over the next two years to develop affordable residential and commercial spaces along the rapidly developing Lothal-Dholera corridor in Gujarat. The region is witnessing accelerated economic growth fueled by tourism, heritage projects, and large-scale industrial investments.

A major catalyst for the area is the upcoming National Maritime Heritage Complex in Lothal, partially opening in 2025 and slated for full completion by 2028. The project will include a Maritime University, generate over 2,000 jobs, and promote local industries and specialised maritime education.

Meanwhile, the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR) is fast emerging as a high-tech industrial hub, attracting over 100 companies, including Tata Electronics with its $10.9 billion semiconductor facility and NEXTGEN Hightech Semiconductor. These developments are creating thousands of skilled employment opportunities, driving strong demand for housing and support infrastructure.

Connectivity across the corridor is being enhanced by key infrastructure projects such as the Dholera Expressway, a new international airport, the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC), and the Vande Metro network, all targeted for completion by 2025. These will significantly improve access to Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and major national trade routes, boosting both economic activity and tourism in the region.

Aaiji Group’s investment aims to meet the growing demand for cost-effective housing and commercial real estate, contributing to the region’s transformation into a dynamic economic and industrial powerhouse.
